Our Ministries

Discovering your own unique place in God’s church is vital to your walk. We invite you to explore the different opportunities available at Timberlane. You just might discover that Timberlane is the place where you belong.

Children’s Ministry

Jesus loves the little children, and at Timberlane, so do we! From Bible classes to age-appropriate outings and service projects, meaningful experiences for children of all ages abound.

Youth Ministry

The Timberlane Youth Ministry (TYM) in Tallahassee, Florida is geared towards students in 6th through 12th grades. Our goal is to glorify God through the equipping and building of teenagers to live in faith and love Christ.

College Ministry

Students attending college in Tallahassee have a second home at Timberlane! You’ll find a loving and friendly congregation who are here to help you as you continue your education.

Young Professionals

Here at Timberlane, we have a vibrant group of young professionals from graduate students to young adults just beginning their careers to single professionals who have been in the work force for several years.

Young Families

his collection of parents with children, ages newborn through 5th grade, gathers for a variety of kid-friendly events for fellowship and encouragement. Join us while we strive to raise our families in Jesus.

Women’s Ministry

Our Women’s Ministry exists to equip and enrich the lives of women in their Christian walk. Fellowship and learning are promoted through activities, monthly gatherings and ladies’ retreats.

Iglesia en Español

Bienvenidos a nuestros queridos hermanos hispanos! Estan invitados a compartir con nosotros la celebración de adoración a Dios en español, todos los domingos a las 9:15 de la mañana.

Empty Nesters

Empty-nesters comprise this group for service, encouragement, and fellowship. We meet for monthly pot-luck meals after Sunday morning worship, offer other fun events, and do service projects.

Golden Triangle

Our active and vibrant group of seniors over 50 love to serve others and fellowship together. We make bears for the TMH pediatric ward and for mission trips, make and deliver lap blankets to shut-in members, provide stars from retired flags to military members, send get-well cards to members, and send birthday cards to every member over 40.

R.O.M.E.O. Ministry

We are a group of brothers in Christ who have reached a certain age who enjoy gathering together over breakfast every Tuesday morning and talking about and solving the problems of the world. Well maybe we don’t do a lot of problem solving but we do enjoy fellowshipping together and loving the company of fellow Christian men.
