Timberlane Family,

The present times we live in are a challenge, more especially for some of our members than others and the Elders want you to know we are praying for each one of you and for the world and more specifically for the situation of our members here at Timberlane.  We continue in prayer for wisdom and covet your prayers for us.  At the discretion of the Elders and after prayerful consideration we are modifying some of our services for the upcoming week.  We will have Worship at our normal time at 9:30 am on Sunday March 15th, but normal Sunday School classes after worship will be cancelled for this Sunday the 15th.  We will also not be having Sunday evening service on the 15th , which would have been our Generations classes or Wed evening services on the 18th.  There will be communion offered at the building at 6pm Sunday evening.  We will send out more guidance later in the week on upcoming services but plan on worshipping again at normal times on Sunday morning March 22nd.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of the flu or just not feeling up to par we request you stay home out of an abundance of caution and concern for some of our more vulnerable members, that being said if you are in a compromised state of health or at high risk please use your own personal discretion as whether it is best for you to attend at this time.  For now, we request that we exchange the handshakes and hugs that so many us are accustomed to for a wave or a hearty hello, we know these things are not comfortable for many of us but we feel this is most prudent for the present scenario.  We encourage each family to be in study and devotion together at some of the times we would normally be attending services.  We hope to be sending out materials to help with that in the coming days so stay tuned.

We want to remind our elderly and any high health risk members to get your meds refilled sooner rather than later.

If any of our members are in need of something and do not feel safe or able to get out, please contact the church office and we will find someone to help with those needs at this time.

Please be on the look out for additional communications from and about the church here.  Please be in constant prayer for one another and always remember that the Lord is in control even at this time.

In Him,
The Elders
